We provide real estate services throughout Wisconsin.  Our list of services ranges from appraisals for financial institutions, utility companies, and private individuals to entire municipalities. Our primary responsibilities at this time are providing mass appraisal services to several municipalities. In addition to conducting several revaluations each year we perform assessment maintenance and are the statutory Assessor for a variety of municipalities in the state of Wisconsin.  It is our policy to provide the highest quality of service and loyalty to our clients.

With all of the experience that our staff has, we have been responsible for the appraisal of a wide range of properties including the unusual.  When we encounter something different we are not afraid to go the extra mile to learn whatever is necessary to perform our duties. We also provide consulting services to other appraisers who may be in need of our expertise.

Over the years, we have developed a computer aided mass appraisal system for our own use and have marketed it to other appraisers.  The software is in use by assessors in many municipalities throughout Wisconsin.
