Appraisal Services and Data Processing Systems, Incorporated was founded in the 1960's for the purpose of providing property revaluations and annual assessment maintenance for municipalities needing these services.  Since our inception we have continued to explore and implement computer technology to assist with our work.

Our office, located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, serves as the hub of our operations.  We maintain a full time staff of dedicated individuals.  All of our personnel are certified by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, ranging from Assessment Technician level up to the Assessor II level.  Some of the staff also hold Wisconsin Certified Appraiser licenses, Wisconsin Real Estate Brokers licenses and some have national appraiser designations.

Periodically, all personnel attend additional training in order to keep abreast of the current changes in tax law and appraisal procedures.  Many of our personnel are members of professional organizations, serving on committees and having held offices.  We boast two past Presidents of the Indianhead Association of Assessing Officers.
